Welcome to the Community House! This nearly 2,400 sf shingle style building is designed for just that; to create a sense of community. The Community House will have a full kitchen, computer lab with internet access, game tables, and exercise facility. Exterior Features include a community garden and patio area with gas grills and picnic tables. Surrounding Sterling Hill at Exeter will be a walking trail meandering past gazebos and benches where you will be able to enjoy the outdoors including the two man-made ponds.
